Traxxas “spec” racing is some of the best off-road racing available. The racing is exciting, the competition is close and the trucks are affordable, and if your live in the midwest, a race series may be coming to a full-size short course track near you. Traxxas has announced the Mid-West TORC R/C Race Series, which will be run at the 2014 TORC races at Bark River and Crandon International Raceways.
New for 2014, the Traxxas TORC R/C races feature:
Event t-shirts for the first 25 paid racers at each race
Complimentary drinks and lunch on race day
Covered pit space with tables, chairs, and electricity
Trophies for the top three finishers in all classes at each race
Trophies for the top three series finishers in all classes
Four short-course classes:
Pro 4
Pro 2
Pro Light
Sportsman
Traxxas states there are new class rules for 2014 and that the winners from each class get to race against the Traxxas Pro TORC drivers.
To add even more incentive, all Traxxas TORC R/C Series racers are entered for a chance to win a ride in the TORC VIP two-seater around Crandon’s famous race track.

Is this Traxxas only or is any brand okay as long as it is stock?
It is, indeed, Traxxas only.
