Axial Maxxis Trepador 2.2 Tires


We love scale tires. Not just tires for a scalers, but tires that are scale models themselves. Axial gets this and has a bunch of tires that are spot on replicas of the real thing. The latest is 2.2 version of the Maxxis Trepador. These are officially licensed are molded in Axial’s soft and sticky R35 compound. The aggressive tread pattern is direction and Axial states it provides excellent traction on mud, rock, sand and more. The Maxxis tires feature a multi-stage staggered shoulder pattern providing improved control, even in the most difficult off-road terrain.

• 2.05″ wide x 5.5″ tall (52 mm x 140 mm)

  1. Im thinking of trying these in the 2.2 because the 1.9 version’s on my SCX10 Jeep Wrangler perform well and I like them for all around different terrain. I would think the 2.2 size would be equally fun and practical.
