Pro-Line Interco TSL SX Super Swamper SC (Short Course) Tires

We think Pro-Line is right on the money with these tires for two very big reasons. One, not everyone who has a short course truck races and wants race tires. Adding another general off-road tire to the mix is great–doubly great when it has real scale appeal. Second, Traxxas’s new Telluride 4X4 creates a real demand for tires like these. The Telluride uses short course style wheels, and a set of scale off-road tires like Pro-Line’s new Interco TSL SX Super Swamper SC tires will real up its performance capabilities.

Pro-Line states, “The Super Swamper is a great All-Terrain Tire that can handle dirt, gravel, mud, rocks and even the street – all while looking good doing it.”

  1. A little late and in only one compound. Plus Interco does not race shourt course or in the desert.

    Looks good though.

    1. I think this is more for trucks that will never see the track. Pro-Line has a growing selection of True Scale bodies that are neither desert racer or short course styled and these tires would be perfect. I do hope they add their G8 compound and memory foam or a soft foam to make them better for the Traxxas Telluride 4X4.

  2. I’m with Matt on this. I have a sc truck and can count on my hand how often I’ve had it on a track. Take these and that old ford body they came out with last year and I could have something that I might bash a little more often. And imo anything that goes away from the norm is a good sign for the hobbyist.

  3. I can not wait to get these on my slash. Thought the sidewall side is incredibly strong. Visit my site@ chris.supportmyidea.com/category/trucks/

  4. Great article on these tires! I have a 2wd Slash and can not wait to buy some of these. However, why is the sidewall of the tire so small? Overall, great article! 🙂
