The Losi Tenacity DB Pro is built, as Losi describes, it to be from the factory the way the competition only hopes to be with hop ups. Standout features are a 3 mm think 6061-T6 aluminum chassis with 4 mm thick aluminum shock towers and 12 mm aluminum shocks.
The Tenacity is 1/10 scale but features what is basically a traditional 1/8-scale layout. It’s full-time 4WD with three differentials. The motor connects to the center diff and driveshafts transmit power to front and rear differentials.
You’ve probably noticed Spektrum’s recently expanded line of electronics. The Tenacity takes full advantage of these offerings. Under the hood you’ll find the Spektrum Smart 130A Brushless ESC and Spektrum Firma 4-Pole 3150KV 550 brushless motor. This combo will hit 50+ MPH with a 3-cell LiPo battery. This Spektrum speed control is waterproof, programmable and comes pre-wired with a high-current IC5 connector.
The radio system consists of a DX2E Active transmitter and a Spektrum AVC receiver with steering priority.
Losi is offering the Tenacity DB Pro in officially licensed Fox and Lucas Oil bodies. The body mounts to a cage that mounts over the chassis. It flips up for easy access. an LED light bar is an added bonus. Traction is handled by Falken Wildpeak MT tires and Method wheels.
