ProTek 160TBL Black Label Low-Profile High Torque Brushless Servo

Amain Hobbies’ ProTek 160TBL Black Label low-profile high torque brushless servo was used by champion-level-racer Ryan Maifield to win the 2019 ROAR 4WD Off-Road National Championships, so you know it must good. In fact, looking at the specs, it’s a lot better than just good. This servo is said to offer both rapid transit times, exceptional torque and be ideal for 1/10- and even 1/8-scale use. To be more specific, at 6.0V, the transit speed is 0.08s and the torque is 230 oz.-in. At a straight 7.4V, the speed drops to 0.06s and the torque jumps up to 290 oz.-in.

The 160TBL’s brushless motor delivers significant holding torque and the aluminum upper case with heat sink center provides durability and heat dissipation. Believe it or not, but servos do actually get pretty hot. It also features full metal gears and dual ball bearings.

An aluminum, single arm clamping servo horn is included and the servo lead is 140 mm long.
