What Components Make Up an RC Car?

Remote control (RC) cars are a fun and exciting way to spend time both inside and outside. They are perfect for adults, children or even families who want to race against each other. But what components make up an RC car?

The main component of an RC car is the chassis. It is composed of metal or plastic and houses all the other parts like the suspension, drivetrain, motor, battery, receiver and servo.

The suspension is important in helping the car stay on track while navigating rough terrain. It also helps absorb shocks from obstacles like rocks or curbs.

Next is the drivetrain which consists of several parts such as motors, gearboxes, axles and differential gears that help transfer power from the motor to the wheels.
