Did Mitsubishi Ever Make a Pickup Truck?

For decades, Mitsubishi has been well-known for its reliable, long-lasting vehicles. From the iconic Lancer to the rugged Outlander, Mitsubishi has made a name for itself in the auto industry. But what about pickups? Did Mitsubishi ever make a pickup truck?

The Answer is Yes. In fact, Mitsubishi has had some very successful pickups throughout its history. Its first foray into pickups was with the Mighty Max in 1982. This light-duty pickup was available as a regular cab and as a cab/chassis. It featured a 2.0L four-cylinder engine and came standard with rear-wheel drive.

The Mighty Max was an instant hit, and it continued to be produced until 1996 when it was replaced by the more powerful and versatile Mitsubishi Raider.

The Raider was available as both an extended cab and crew cab model and came with either two-wheel or four-wheel drive options. It featured a V6 engine that provided plenty of power for hauling and towing. It was also available with an array of comfort features such as air conditioning, power windows and locks, cruise control, leather interior, etc. The Raider continued to be produced until 2009 when it was discontinued due to declining sales.

Today, if you’re looking for a Mitsubishi pickup truck you’ll have to look elsewhere as they no longer produce them in the United States or any other countries around the world. However, there are still plenty of used Mitsubishi pickups on the market if you’re looking for one of these classic vehicles.

Conclusion: Yes, Mitsubishi did make pickups over the years but unfortunately they are no longer in production today in any part of the world. However, you can still find used models on the market if you’re looking for one of these classic vehicles from Mitsubishi Motors Corporation
