How Do You Make a Ramp for a Toy Monster Truck?

If you have a toy monster truck, then you know how fun it is to send it racing up and down your driveway. But if you want to take your monster trucking experience to the next level, then you need to make a ramp. Making a ramp for your toy monster truck is easy and can be done in just a few steps.

Step 1: Gather your supplies. You will need some plywood, 4 pieces of 2×4 lumber, a saw, screws, screwdriver or drill and some sandpaper. You’ll also need something to mark the wood with such as a pencil or marker.

Step 2: Measure and cut the wood. Measure out two pieces of plywood that are 24 inches long by 12 inches wide.

Cut the wood with the saw. Then measure and cut four pieces of 2x4s that are 48 inches long each.

Step 3: Assemble the frame for the ramp. Use the screws and screwdriver or drill to assemble the frame for the ramp.

Place one piece of plywood on top of two pieces of 2x4s and use screws to attach them together. Repeat this step for the other side with remaining plywood and 2x4s.

Step 4: Attach legs to ramp frame. Measure out four pieces of 2x4s that are 24 inches long each. Attach these pieces to each corner of the ramp frame using screws or nails.

Step 5: Sand down any rough edges on the ramp with sandpaper so that it is smooth and safe for use.
