What Is Chevy’s Smallest Pickup Truck?

Chevrolet, often referred to simply as Chevy, is a brand of automobile produced by General Motors. The company has a wide range of models, including small and large pickup trucks. Among the smallest of Chevy’s pickups is the Chevy Colorado.

The Colorado was introduced in 2004 as a replacement for the S-10 and has been produced in three generations since then. The first-generation Colorado was available in regular cab and extended cab configurations, as well as two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive variants. It was offered with either a 2.8L or 3.5L inline-five cylinder engine and manual or automatic transmissions.

The second generation of the Colorado came out in 2012 and featured more modern styling and a revised interior design. It was available in both regular cab and extended cab configurations with either two or four doors depending on the model selected. Engine options included a 2.5L inline-four, 3.6L V6, 2.8L diesel four-cylinder, and 5.3L V8 engine choices with manual or automatic transmissions available depending on the model selected.

The third generation of the truck debuted in 2019 with an all new design that brought modern tech to the truck including Apple CarPlay/Android Auto capabilities and lane keep assist systems among others features available on higher trim levels of the truck.5L inline four-cylinder engine mated to either an eight speed automatic transmission or six speed manual transmission depending on model selection as well as additional larger engine options available for higher trims levels such as the 3.6L V6 engine that is mated to an eight speed automatic transmission for more power when needed for hauling heavy loads or towing large trailers/boats etcetera .

In conclusion, Chevy’s smallest pickup truck is currently the Chevrolet Colorado which has been produced over three generations since 2004 offering great capability for small pickups while still being able to haul heavier loads when equipped with larger engines that are optionally available for higher trim levels of this small but capable truck
