Does Mitsubishi Make a Full Size Pickup Truck?

Mitsubishi Motors has been a familiar name in the automotive industry since 1917. They have built some iconic vehicles over the years, ranging from the classic Lancer series to their newer and more technologically advanced Outlander Sport.

But one thing they have never ventured into is the full-size pickup truck market.

Mitsubishi, while often associated with SUVs and hatchbacks, has never ventured into the full-size pickup truck market. While they have produced some light-duty pickups in the past, such as the Triton and Strada, these vehicles were still considered to be smaller than the full-sized pickups produced by other automakers such as Ford, Chevrolet and Toyota. This is due to Mitsubishi’s focus on creating smaller, more efficient vehicles.

This lack of participation in the full-size pickup truck market is a bit surprising considering Mitsubishi’s long history in automotive manufacturing. The company does produce some larger models such as its Montero SUV and Pajero off-road vehicle but neither of these vehicles are quite in the same class as a full-sized pickup truck.

In recent years there have been rumors that Mitsubishi might be introducing a new full-sized pickup truck but these rumors have yet to materialize into anything concrete. The company has made no official announcements regarding any plans for a larger pickup truck and thus it remains unclear if or when they will enter this market.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, Mitsubishi does not currently make a full size pickup truck and there is no indication that they are planning on doing so in the near future. However, with their history of producing quality vehicles, it may only be a matter of time before Mitsubishi introduces their own version of a full size pickup truck.
