When Did the Band Monster Truck Come Out?

Formed in 2009, the Canadian rock band Monster Truck is one of the most successful new bands to hit the music charts in recent years. The band was formed by vocalist/guitarist Jon Harvey, guitarist Jeremy Widerman, bassist Brad Mcleod and drummer Steve Kiely.

They released their debut album Furiosity in 2013, which went on to become a major commercial success.

The band’s sound has been described as a mix of classic ’70s hard rock and modern alternative rock, with a heavy emphasis on big riffs and melodic hooks. They have often drawn comparisons to other successful Canadian bands such as The Tragically Hip, Nickelback, and Rush.

Since then Monster Truck has gone on to release two more albums – True Rockers (2018) and The Brown EP (2020). They have also toured extensively throughout North America playing sold-out shows at major festivals such as Coachella, Bonnaroo, and Osheaga.
