What Happened to Gas Monkey Garage Monster Truck?

Gas Monkey Garage Monster Truck, formerly known as ‘Grave Digger’, was a monster truck that appeared on the Discovery Channel’s reality show, Fast N’ Loud. The truck was owned by Aaron Kaufman, who built it with help from his colleagues at Gas Monkey Garage. The truck was featured in several episodes of the show and made numerous appearances at monster truck shows across the country.

Kaufman and his team began work on the monster truck in early 2015. After months of hard work and dedication, they finally unveiled it at its first race in June of that year.

The truck was an immediate hit with fans and drivers alike, thanks to its unique design and powerful engine. Unfortunately, the team’s success with the truck would be short-lived.

In October of 2015, Kaufman announced he would be leaving Gas Monkey Garage to pursue other projects. At this time, it was also revealed that he had sold his rights to the Grave Digger monster truck to another team. This new team continued to race the truck for a few more years before it eventually retired from competition in 2018.

Today, Gas Monkey Garage Monster Truck is no longer active in any capacity. However, fans can still catch glimpses of it from time to time when it makes special appearances at various events or car shows around the country.

Conclusion:

Gas Monkey Garage Monster Truck has been retired from competition since 2018 after being owned by Aaron Kaufman and his team at Gas Monkey Garage for several years prior. It still makes occasional appearances at events and car shows around the United States but is no longer actively racing.
